Works on the Projects
- Co-Ordination, BOQ preparation team aid, Follow-up, Drawing check, Guideline providing to Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Electrical Consultants from the point of view of the company with rules and regulations. Compilation of all types of consultants’ drawing and solving on site created problems with regular site-supervision.
- Housing Projects at Mirpur-15(about 30 bighas), at Construction level after Rajuk approval and Rajuk approval:
- NAVANA-CITY DALE: 14.6 Bighas of Land.
- NAVANA-URBAN DALE: 8.9 Bighas of Land.
- NAVANA-SPRING DALE : 4.8 Bighas of Land.
- Whole Drainage system of the above mentioned 3 consecutive & adjacent Housings.
- Whole BOQ preparation and revise aid to the BOQ preparation team with the Design adjustment of the Housing project.
- In House Commercial Building(Apprx. 1.25 Bighas of Land) inside “NAVANA-CITY DALE” Design-Drawing, BOQ preparation, Marketing sheet preparation and presentation to the Authority of NREL which had been approved and proceeding.
- In House Sales Office Design, Conceptualization, Drawing Preparation, BOQ preparation for Budget, Fully Site-Supervision at the site of “NAVANA-CITY DALE” with Full interiors of 3000 sqft and Landscape Design. The Project is Complete and successfully Running as a designed contemporary office building.
- Engineering office Renovation and Interior design with BOQ at Housing project at Mirpur-15.
- NAVANA-WINDWAY, at Uttara-Sector7. All type of drawings collection done and ready for construction.
- CENTRAL WAREHOUSE-NAVANA design, BOQ preparation for Budget, at Gozaria, Munshigonj, on about 1 Bighas of Land.
